Customers come to us with concepts and our team of knowledgeable Design Engineers work closely with our Customers to design a product that meets the demands of today’s marketplace: Attractiveness, Durability and Ease of Manufacturing.

Using state-of–the-art Computer Assisted Design with the versatile Pro Engineer software our Design Engineers work with 3D images allowing our customers to decide the aesthetics by viewing their product from all angles as a shaded, colored 3D image. We can produce photo quality images of the product for use to initiate the advertising campaign or for presentation to other decision-makers.

From the 3D computer design, we can provide plastic prototypes a few days later using advanced Stereo Lithography. Our Customers can also select rapid mold-making if a hundred or a thousand parts are needed within a few weeks.
